This XR ToneX pack was captured from our 90's Marshall JTM50 Bluesbreaker 2x12 with G12M Greenback speakers [16 ohm version, 6402 Cone]. Pure Marshall magic—classic crunchy mids and that iconic British bite that cuts through any mix. Roll back for sparkling cleans, dig in for raw, singing overdrive. This is the sound that defined overdriven guitar.

 

This pack offers extremely accurate tones when compared to the real-life amp. We captured the entire gain range of this amp at all of the key points where it’s breakup, drive, and compression characteristics shift. The level of breakup/gain is represented by the number in the capture name:

Clean (1), Edge of Breakup (2), Breakup (3), Driven (4), Driven + (5), Driven ++ (6).
